How long have you been in business?
I've been a licensed in real estate since 1970. My own company was founded 15 years ago, and I've successful helping buyers and sellers of real estate in Jefferson County and the greater metro area since 1983.
What is your primary product or service?
I list homes for people who need or want to sell them. I especially like working with Seniors and their estates and families. I act as a Buyer's Agent for people looking to buy a home, townhome, or condo. My expertise is in matching people with homes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I chose real estate as an alternative to my first professions, teaching and music. I found that I really like working with people, and that the joys of helping people buy and sell homes are very satisfying for me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My long time experience, in all sorts of markets, gives me a greater understanding and ability to cope with the current market. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist I've taken extra training to be able to help Seniors as their life situation changes. To be a better buyer's agent I took the classes to become an Accredited Buyer Representative.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I work out of an office in my home in Lakewood, but as a Realtor I'm available in all parts of the metro area. I go where my clients are for the most part.

What type of payments do you accept?
Some Buyer's Agents charge fees up front. I do not. I am paid from the proceeds of the closing. Through the multi-list I cam offered compensation from the seller's agent, in return for working with the buyer and bringing about a successful closing. 99% of the time there is no charge to the buyer. For sellers, I am paid at closing. I bear all the marketing costs and am only paid when I am successful.
Which areas do you service?
LAkewood, Littleton, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Denver.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am a one person company. I do have a showing service, so my listings are always available to be shown. I am a hands on broker. I prefer not to farm out chores to assistants, so that my clients always have the best service I can give them.
What are your hours of operation?
